OSU Defeats Boise - Dec 13, 2014

The Beavers made sure they were coming home with the Border Axe in the first of the Border War series for this year, taking all but one of the matches tonight.
Tonight's winners, in the order of the matches:
197 - Cody Crawford
285 - Nate Keeve
125 - Ronnie Bresser III, by major decision
133 - Jack Hathaway, by forfeit
149 - Abraham Rodriguez
157 - Alex Elder, one point from a major decision
165 - Seth Thomas
174 - Joe Latham
184 - Taylor Meeks

The only match the Beavers gave up was 141, where Devin Reynolds met up with Boise State's best wrestler, ranked #17 nationally. Devin kept it close, 4-7.

Now that classes are out for fall term, the guys get a break from studying, but not from wrestling. Next up is another tournament, the Reno Tournament of Champions (RTOC). Wrestling at the college level at the Reno TOC is next Sunday, Dec. 21, in the Reno Events Center, Reno, Nevada. For more information, check out their website.
