Good Morning from Oregon State Wrestling!
We
hope this email finds you well! Competition begins this weekend for the
Beavers at both the Mountaineer Invite (Boone, N.C.) and Clackamas Open
(Clackamas, OR).
MOUNTAINEER INVITE
The
Beavers are travelling 15 student-athletes to the Mountaineer Invite on
Saturday, Nov. 9 on the other side of the country in North Carolina.
Hosted by Appalachian State University, the one-day tournament begins at
6 a.m. PT.
FloArena will have coverage of the event, and will be providing live stats and results. A link to which can be found HERE.
The
remainder of the Oregon State wrestling team will head to Clackamas to
compete in the Clackamas Open. Live stats and results can be found on
TrackWrestling.com.
NCAA TOURNAMENT TICKETS
This
upcoming March the NCAA Tournament will take place in the largest venue
the event has ever seen; U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Given the large capacity the NCAA will give each institution the amount
of tickets they ask for. Due to this fact, if you tell us that you want
tickets a credit card number will be needed as these tickets are
GUARANTEED. IF YOU ORDER TICKETS THROUGH US YOU WILL GET AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THEM.

THE 100 CLUB
One
of our new initiatives this year which serves as a replacement to our
Pledge for Pins drive in the past is The 100 Club: It is designed to
help the growth of the Beaver Regional Training Center (RTC). The money
gifted goes directly to the Beaver RTC which is a Nonprofit Organization
that supports the travel and training expenses associated with the RTC.
Our
goal is to raise $100,000 this season. For example, that is 1,000
individuals donating $100 each. If you would like to join the 100 Club
please print out this FORM and mail it to our PO Box. The address to which is on the form.

The
main portion of our schedule features 16 events before heading to the
Pac-12 Championships at Stanford late in the season. As we are still
trying to finalize times for our schedule please know that these
