NCAA brackets & how to watch

 Beaver Wrestling Supporters,

Congrats to Men's Basketball on their Pac-12 title and NCAA Tournament berth!

Meanwhile, we are 4 days away from all the action in St. Louis as our 6 qualifiers take on the country!

In case you missed it, please find the link to the brackets below:

2021_ncaa_d1_brackets2.pdf

Seeding:

125 Kaylor 28th vs Brody Teske 5th of Northern Iowa

133 Turner 16th vs Malyke Hines 17th of Lehigh

141 Grant Willits 12th vs Real Woods 21st of Stanford (I question the accuracy of Woods’ seed but regardless, Grant will have to repeat his performance of the Pac-12 finals)

157 Hunter Willits 13th vs Cody Bond 20th of Appalachian State

184 Reyes 31st vs Trent Hidlay 2nd of NC State

197 Dixon 25th vs Stephen Buchanan 8th of Wyoming

The NCAA is permitting 25% capacity in the stands, so very different from normal but at least it won’t be a complete ghost town.  Thanks to Elizabeth DeAngelis for the info on how to watch from home.

Looks like TrackWrestling may be doing the live scoring for it.

ESPN3 has all the mats for all the rounds except for the finals, which is typically televised live on ESPN.

For those of us without ESPN3, I’ll share any updates received.  If you’d like to give a match recap, please email me.

Safe travels and good luck to the team and staff.  Bring home some hardware!

Go Beavs!
