Oh, So Close!

Oregon State Wrestling Fans,

Ronnie Bresser had his best run at the Cliff Keen Collegiate today, taking second losing only by Overtime in the finals. Congratulations to Ronnie for his second place finish! Hunter Willits also had his best day at the Cliff Keen, taking eighth earlier in the day.

The Beavers stayed in 19th place with 44 points, just behind North Dakota State with 45.5 points. Ohio State led the tournament with 148 points. Following up were Missouri with 115.5, Nebraska with 105.5, Northern Iowa with 84.5 and Michigan at #5 with 82.5 points.

Oregon State's wrestlers now return to their home turf for the first time since their Intrasquad. Next Sunday, December 9, the Beavers face off on their home mat against the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners.The time is still TBA.

So don't miss out on the home opener! And be sure that you are signed up to be a member of "The FALL", Fan Club - the official Fan Club of Oregon State Wrestling! We will have a Social in The Club in Reser Stadium following the meet.
