Deadline is January 3, but if it is past that, I will not refuse your money.  The link for credit card payment is: https://squareup.com/store/the-fall-fanclub/
or if you'd like to mail a check, the address is on the letter which you can find under "Links" on the right side of the blog page as 2019-2020 FALL Membership Form.

Happy New Year!

Oregon State Wrestling Fans,

The #2 Nebraska Cornhuskers were a little too much for the Oregon State Beavers, who dropped the dual 32-3. While several matches were close, only Oregon State's 133 lb'er, Devon Turner, was able to prevail, upsetting his ranked opponent. Congratulations, Devon!

For more details, see the article at osubeavers

The Beaver wrestling team now gets a holiday break, then returns to action at the Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga, TN, on Jan 1 & 2.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year & Season's Greetings to all!

RENO TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS RECAP
Oregon State Wrestling enjoyed a solid day of competition at the 2019 Reno Tournament of Champions (TOC) as the Beavers earned four top-five finishes, including one from unattached grappler Hunter Willits. A total of five Beavers collected placements to help lead the team to a fourth-place finish at the Reno Events Center.--
Colt Doyle earned the highest placement for the Beavers as he finished in second place at 184 pounds. The redshirt junior used a pin and three major decisions to make his way into the first-place bout where he dropped a close 3-1 decision to end his day.
Devan Turner (133 lbs.) and Grant Willits (141 lbs.) each earned fourth place in their respective weight class. Turner made it to the semifinals thanks to an early pin (2:36) and a 3-2 decision to stay alive in the championship bracket. The redshirt sophomore collected three takedowns on a 12-2 major decision in the quarterfinal round but would suffer his first defeat of the day in the semis to move into the third-place bout, ending his day in fourth place.
Lane Stigall remained consistent at 149 pounds as he earned his second straight tournament placement for the Beavers, finishing in sixth place with a record of 5-2 on the day.
Competing unattached, redshirt junior Hunter Willits earned second in his bracket at 157 pounds as he fell in the finals bracket. Willits cruised to the championship finals using a pair of technical falls and a quarterfinal pin.
