  Mike Mangrum's Senior night performance resulted in his adding another pin to his total count.  Junior Scott Sakaguchi followed up with another fall at 149!

125 - Longmire and Palmer

   Chad Hanke received a forfeit. that set up the 125 pound match between Joey Palmer and Cal Poly's Britain Longmire. Quite a scramble, it came down to Over Time! Result, Palmer, 8-6!

Drew Van Anrooy picked up the third forfeit, and it was Mike Mangrum's turn on the mat.

Cal Poly Meet Photos II

Ty Vinson takes on Sean Dougherty at 184, Ty won 5-4.

It was Senior Night. Cody Weishoff went out for a final match, but had to settle for  a forfeit victory at 174.

  The meet was fairly short as the Mustangs forfeited three weights, and the Beavers won three matches by fall, two in the first period.

Seth Thomas started off the meet with a fall, Mike Mangrum picked up another one at 141 in the third period, and Scott Sakaguchi added a fall of his own at 149. Seth's and Scott's falls were in the first period.

 Friday, Feb 8, was Senior night for the wrestling team as they hosted the visiting Cal Poly Mustangs.

Honorary Captain for the evening was Joe Kittel, OS wrestler alum from 1972-76.
