BEAVER DAM REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER
We are happy to announce that within the last couple of weeks that we have made some BIG moves with our Beaver Dam Regional Training Center.
- We have launched our website, TheDamRTC.org, which will be a place where our alumni and fans can visit to get information on our goals for the organization, get updates on training center schedule and upcoming camps, and explore different avenues on how you can support the RTC. Subscribe to our email list for updates: https://www.thedamrtc.org/news
- You can find our RTC on Twitter and Instagram @TheDamRTC!
- We launched our Beaver Dam Gear Store, which is also located on our website, TheDamRTC.org
- We are proud to have partnered with RUDIS for gear to help outfit our RTC athletes and supporters. RUDIS is a lifestyle and wrestling-specific brand that is owned and operated by wrestlers. Not only is the material quality and one of our very own, Assistant Coach Isaiah Martinez, has been a sponsored athlete for them since May 2018. In order to keep price down we are doing limited runs on each item so DO NOT WAIT! Our store closes November 19th, 2020. This will ensure that all orders will be delivered before Christmas, just in time for Santa (or Hanukah Harry) to bring it down the chimney for the family!
- We launched our Dam Wine & Wrestle Club, which can be accessed through our RTC website, or through this direct link: https://give.cardwellhillwine.com/
- If your wife is upset at all the wrestling gear you already have, then we have another way you can support and make her smile! We are excited to announce our partnership with Cardwell Hill Cellars, a local award-winning winery. Theyve been gracious enough to work with us in starting a wine club dedicated to our supporters where a portion of the proceeds will be given to our RTC to help raise funding. Wine can either be delivered right to your doorstep or available for local pickup.
- Starting out you will have 3 different wines to choose from: Ros, Estate Pinot Noir, and Barrel Select Pinot Noir. Orders will be done by the case (12) and you will have the option to mix and match all three!
- Lastly, these orders can be one-time buys or you can subscribe for deliveries to be either: monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.
- We launched our Charitable Donation Page which can be accessed through our website or this link: https://www.thedamrtc.org/donate
- If
youre not interested in sweet RUDIS gear or delicious award-winning
wine then we do have a charitable donation page. The Beaver Dam RTC
operates as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization powered by donors,
sponsors, and supporters both locally and nationally who share a common
interest in the growth and preservation of the sport of wrestling. You can make a one-time donation or pledge our donation amount monthly. These donations can be tax deductible
- The Dam RTC's goal is to support multiple senior level athletes as they compete on the international wrestling circuit during the current Olympic cycle
- Our organization provides world class training opportunities for elite developmental athletes while also playing an active role in both our local communities and the greater Pacific Northwest wrestling community

Kerry posted an update to Michael Denison (Lucky Bucky)
See below update from Mike's wife Kerry indicating she'd like to move forward with the oasis garden project in November.
Michael is still working hard, walking multiple times a day. Working out his arm & hand. Still in speech therapy once a week. Speaking slightly more, but still very hard to get the word out he’s trying to say. Spirits are still up & still has sense of humor. I’m getting him out with friends/family once an while. Have been camping a few times. Did have a scare when he had a Tonic Seizure while camping early one morning. Paramedics came but after episode ended, he said he did not need to go to hospital. Hasn’t had one since & I hope he never does. We saw doctor & have appointment with neurologist tomorrow.
He’s been mowing & on his tractor a lot, preparing for winter to hit.
We need to get pavers & fountain in place for Mikey’s oasis soon, as weather will stop us from getting the work done.
I didn’t write down a list of people who volunteered to help. That was also before virus hit. Looking at sometime between November 6th-24th. If you are comfortable and still willing to help, please send a message through this website.
Again, thank you for all your support & prayers. This has helped & will help us tremendously.
Love & peace to all.
Michael & Kerry
