Red-shirt Freshman Seth Thomas was seeded first. He won a close decision in the Quarterfinals, then was winner by fall in the semi's (he was ahead 13-3 at the time), but then lost a decision in the finals to Bret Baumbach of Stanford.

At 174, Cody Weishoff was seeded 4th in the tournament, but battled his way to third place, winning in dramatic fashion in the last few seconds of his over time match.
Senior Ty Vinson, wrestling at 184 was seeded and placed third. He also won his final match in the last few seconds and had to wait for a video review before a winner was declared. Ty's opponent, Sean Dougherty of Cal Poly had pinned him in their first match of the day.
