Meeks - Aloha Open Champion - Dec 30, 2014

The inaugural Aloha Open in Honolulu, Hawaii, is in the books, and Taylor Meeks has etched his name forever as the first champion at 184 pounds! Congratulations, Taylor!!

Taylor was not the only one to place, here are the others (keep in mind there were more than 10 members to a team so in some cases there were more than 4 wrestlers at a weight):
Placing 2nd -
133 - Jack Hathaway
149 - Abraham Rodriguez
197 - Cody Crawford

Placing 3rd -
141 - Jared Reis
174 - Joe Latham

Placing 4th -
125 - Ronald Stevens
157 - Alex Elder
165 - Seth Thomas
285 - Nate Keeve
Placing 5th -
157 - Joey Delgado

I'm not quite sure how it worked, as the results from Trackwrestling don't always seems to match the wins with the placing, but this is how the team results read from their site:

The Beavers now have some time off to celebrate the New Year and then get reacquainted with their classes for winter term. Wrestling resumes with a home meet on January 10 at 5:00 pm versus Stanford. We need everyone there to help cheer on the Beavs. It will also be televised live on the Pac-12 network.

On behalf of "The FALL" Board - Happy New Year, everyone! Go Beavs!
