We do have a new way for you to join. This year we have an on-line version where you can use your credit card and do it all on-line! All you have to do is to go to our payment portal: https://squareup.com/store/
This link is also listed on the right side of this page under"Links".
The mechanism for payment is handled by Square. This method should save a lot of paperwork for Board members and make it easier to track membership. I have used it and it works well. I was notified by email almost instantly that I had paid my dues.
For those who do not like to shop online, we still have the old fashioned method, the letter of invitation and application form to download, print, fill out and mail to Brandon Perkins, our Treasurer. You can access the form from this email. You can also access it from a link on right side of this page, under "Links".
We would really like to have the applications in by the deadline of Oct 21. That gives the Board time to put together membership packets at the end of October. Your ID badges will then be mailed to you. As usual we will always accept late comers, but that is not as efficient.
Don't forget - Parent Fan Tailgate Party after open practice tomorrow.
When: Practice starts at 9:30, the tailgater about 11:00, Saturday Oct 15.
Where: just outside the entrance to the Wrestling section of the Sports Performance Facility. The SPF is located immediately west of Gill Coliseum.
What: For those who wish to participate in the Tailgater, there will be something on the grill - meat and potatoes, yum!
Otherwise, if your last name begins with:
A-M - bring salads/fruit/veggies
N-Z - bring desserts/other side dish.
Also, please bring your own beverages, everything else will be provided.
Hope you can come, it is always a lot of fun! If you are attending the football game, you will have time, kick-off is at 1:00.
Be warned - there are weather advisories for the Valley for Saturday for heavy rain and high wind. The latest I heard was the winds are predicted to arrive later in the afternoon, around the end of the football game, so we may escape the worst of it.
Any questions? Just ask!
Go Beavs!
