Beaver Wrestling Supporters,
With
great sadness I share that Marilyn Bashor passed away yesterday after 2
bouts of cancer. She and her husband Doug have been longtime members
of the Beaver Wrestling Family. Doug was the Center on the OSU football
team when Terry Baker won the Heisman. He was also a wrestling coach
at Crescent Valley HS and a referee at Oregon State and the NCAA
tournament. My family and Marilyn's family date back to her childhood
Hillsboro roots. A fiery redhead, Marilyn always had something funny to
say and will be missed greatly. Please surround Doug and their
daughters Alicia and Chelsea with support.
