The Oregon State wrestling team concluded it's home stand with an old fashioned barn-burner, winning 8 of 10 matches, narrowly missing one, and squeaking out a couple of last second wins!! Final score Beavers 29 Broncos 6!

Wrestling started at 174. Here's how it came out:

184 - Taylor Meeks winner by decision,  Couldn't quite get the back points for extra points, but he was working for them.

197 - Cody Crawford winner by decision, Two Cody's out there, crowd had to use last names. Another match where the Beaver had to come from behind. Crawford had Gill rocking with his escape and takedown as the clock ticked down, winning 8-7!

Hwt - Nate Keeve winner by decision, double tie-breaker over time! Another nail biter, Nate held his opponent for the 30 seconds, then got his own escape, almost had a takedown at the end, but 2-1 was good enough to make the win!

At half-time the crowd was entertained by a trio of country-western singer and Honorary Captain Kurt Van Meter

133 - Jack Hathaway winner by fall! Don't blink, you missed it. Jack's fall came in 45 seconds. way to go, Jack!
141- Devin Reynolds had the toughest match of the night, facing Boise's #7 Geordan Martinez. Devin never stops, but couldn't quite catch up with Martinez.

149 - Abraham Rodriguez winner by major! Abraham kept steadily building points throughout the match.

157 - Alex Elder winner by major! Did it the hard way, ending the first period down 2-4. But then Alex started taking over, ending with a collection of take downs and back points!
