See the below email from Keep Stanford Wrestling.  The presentation shares what's been done and the jaw dropping pledges committed, and still the Administration was unmoved.  The website has some great videos.  I learned that Kegan Calkins’ mom Jana was Real Woods’ host mom when Woods who is from NM went to high school outside of Chicago.

Going back to January 28th, the team earned wins against Cal Baptist (24-12) and Cal Poly (21-15). Jared Hill (174) and Nick Stemmet (197) turned in noteworthy performances in the Cal Baptist match, while Tyler Eischens (165) and Haydn Maley (197) made big contributions to the win over Cal Poly. A full recap of those competitions can be found here. The Cardinal competed in a full day of wrestling this past Sunday, which included three duals and 47 contested matches. The team opened the day with a 24-9 win over host Little Rock, but fell to South Dakota State (23-15) and Oklahoma (21-12) in subsequent matches. All three duals saw noteworthy individual performances. Jackson DiSario (125) and Charlie Darracott (157) stood out in the match against Little Rock, while Requir Van der Merwe (157) and Nathan Traxler (Hwt) highlighted the dual against South Dakota State. Jason Miranda (133), Jaden Abas (149) and Van der Merwe (157) were the top performers in the final dual of the day against Oklahoma, having each earned wins over nationally ranked opponents. Finally, true freshman heavyweight Peter Ming's performance in extra matches deserves some recognition. Ming recorded two dominating wins over former top-100 overall recruits. A comprehensive recap of the day's action can be found here. The Cardinal have been in Little Rock, Arkansas training since Sunday. They depart tomorrow for Corvallis, Oregon where they will prepare for matches against Oregon State (6 PM PST) and Utah Valley (8 PM PST) on Sunday, February 7th. College Athletics Across the Country In case you missed it, Dartmouth recently announced that five varsity athletic teams that were eliminated in July are being immediately reinstated. Additionally, Dartmouth will begin a comprehensive, external review of the Athletic Department's policies, practices, and governance model. Dartmouth's press release--including a link to FAQ's about the reinstatement--is located here. If you're interested in learning more about the current landscape of collegiate athletics, we encourage you to check out the Wrestlers In Business Network (WIBN) Speaker Series video with Bob Bowlsby. Bowlsby is the current Big 12 Conference Commissioner and a former Director of Athletics at Stanford University.
