The Dual between OSU and ASU begins at 5:00 MST which is 4 PST on Friday, Jan 29. Sorry, I made an error.
In the meantime, ASU has written up an article specifically about the meet, which for them will be their senior night. That article can be found here.
Northern Colorado has also posted a new article. In that article you can find links to both livestreaming or live stats for both of their road meets, the one on the 29th with Boise and the Sunday Jan. 31 dual at Gill with the Beavers.
So you can watch the Beavers on the Pac-12 network/channel at 5 MST or 4 PST, then scout out the Sunday competition by watching the Boise/No Colorado meet on livestream at 7 MST, 6 PST.
