Now for all the news I didn't have time to add in the last email!
The Air Force Falcons fly in to Gill on Sunday, Feb 14, for a dual at 5:00 pm. The Falcons just won two duals last night including their first in the Big 12 Conference. Read their article for more details.
Remember, there will be no Social after this Sunday's meet. If you had not picked up your member packet, no need to worry. Those envelopes will be mailed soon.
Looking back to last night's Social, it was
well attended by happy Beaver fans. Fans got to hear a few words from
Head Coach Jim Zalesky and were entertained by an interview by Reynold
Gardner of Kegan Calkins and Bryce Parsons, two of our back-ups this
year.
Fans are starting to get plans settled for attending Pac-12's and/or the
NCAA's. Here are a few items that came out of those discussions:
The hotel rooms set aside for "The FALL" in Tempe
passed the deadline yesterday and have been released. The Hotel where
most Beaver fans will be is The Country Inn & Suites by Calson,
Phoenix Airport, 808 N. Scottsdale Rd. Tempe, AZ. You may still google
that hotel and reserve rooms, but "The FALL" will no longer guarantee
the special rate.
Want to share a ride to the Pac-12's? A mid-valley
couple is planning to drive down to Tempe, leaving on Thursday Feb 25,
stopping half way down overnight and arriving in Tempe on Friday, Feb 26. The Pac-12's are Feb 27, Saturday. Return on Sunday and Monday, Feb 28 & 29. They are willing to share the ride. Let me know and I can put you in touch.

that heading you will see three Pac Profiles focused on Ronnie Bresser (they call him Ronnie Rios), Joey Palmer and Cody Crawford.
Now - looking ahead momentarily to March and the NCAA's. Is there anyone out there who has ticket/s to the NCAA's
that they can't use and would like to sell? Conversely, anyone out
there who would like to get a ticket to the NCAA's and doesn't have one
yet? If so, let me know and I can put you in touch.
Looking for hotel rooms for the NCAA's? Deadline to get one of the rooms reserved by "The FALL" is Sunday, Feb. 14. Contact Michael Denison for information. I can put you in touch if you don't know Michael. There were a few rooms left.
Many of you have been inquiring about the Pure Orange Forum,
as it has been out of commission lately. I was assured last night that
the Forum is undergoing some repair and will be back soon for all of us!
The good, loud crowd we had on Thursday really helped boost the Beavers to victory. Let's get a similar crowd for the dual with the Falcons!

Colby Covington is training with the American Top Team in Coconut Creek FL. He is a current UFC Fighter with 8-1 record. He has a profile page at the UFC.
